Parity is seeking people for a Trainee Consultant role in Recruitment Services who are looking to start a career. This role will give you the structured development, coaching and experience to progress in this area. 

Role Description

The key objective of this role is to learn the key skills and business practices required to develop into the role of Recruitment Consultant. As part of your development you will be required to successfully generate new business requirements and sales leads by telephone to support business growth plans. Whilst doing so the Trainee Consultant is required to provide quality support, principally in the provision of suitable contract or permanent candidates in accordance with client needs.

You will also be required to maintain an effective communication network with present, past and potential contract candidates. Following a successful period as a Trainee you can then progress through promotion to Recruitment Consultant.

Skills & Experience Required

Experience of working within a sales environment is essential. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong customer facing background and will have good commercial awareness and knowledge of IT skills. You will have strong organisational skills, be methodical with an outgoing and confident personality. You will be able to multi task and prioritise, be a good communicator, articulate with a good telephone manner​.​
