This is a new role and provides an exciting opportunity to be involved in the delivery of the first programme won by the Talent Management division since it launched its services on mainland GB. |
Role Description |
Talent Management has an established business in the Ireland market. This exciting new opportunity is for a role based in mainland UK to identify and win opportunities to roll the Talent Management business model out in the mainland UK market place. To work within the Talent Management delivery team to provide a professional service embracing all operational aspects including opportunity and bid management, sales, business development and client management, also programme evaluation, product and service design and delivery. |
Skills & Experience Required |
Graduate level or equivalent, with a proven successful sales track record in either talent development, training or recruitment. Demonstrably successful in meeting deadlines, stretch targets and KPI's.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. A dynamic team player with a positive "can do" attitude who is able to work independently and multi-task. Previous experience and a proven track record of managing and leading people and projects. |
