Service Management
In our experience a well understood service management structure is key to an effective relationship between the customer and supplier. Use of a set of simple standard procedures, tailored to the customer’s business needs, ensures that processes for planning and commissioning new projects or work assignments are effective and easy to use by our customer’s staff.
Where relevant we also like to define one or more standard project delivery methodologies so that we have an agreed and trusted way of working throughout our engagements. This makes it easier for project teams to know what is expected of them, minimises training, and helps make success repeatable.
