Parity has worked with the MoD for more than 20 years and the MoD remains one of our biggest customers.  Parity has an excellent understanding of the MoD; its culture, ethos and terminology as well as the role of the TLBs and MoD Trading Funds.

This understanding is strengthened by our long and close working relationship supporting MoD but also by the number of ex MoD staff that we employ.  Parity can provide technical support to MoD via MoD’s Framework Agreement for Technical Support.

Parity are currently working with a wide range of MoD customers (DE&S including Log NEC, DSA/DSDA and IS&S (DII, BAT and AST)), MAA, DIO and Land Forces); the tasks we are undertaking range from Programme/Project Management, Project Support, Project Assurance, Change Management (including training), evaluation of technical designs, Business Process analysis, post project evaluation as well as core applications development and support.  These tasks range from providing individuals working as part of a MoD project team to full responsibility projects with clearly defined deliverables.  The applications we have built/are building or integrating, typically using Oracle or Microsoft technologies, conform to both JSP 440 and the DII Application Development Guidelines, with the consequent need for security accreditation, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing together with the associated documentation.

We have a large number of consultants who are already cleared to Government ‘SC’ level.  Those who do not have security clearance will be cleared by Parity in accordance with DBS (NSV) procedures.
