Gartmore Investment Management, On-line Learning

Gartmore required an on-line learning solution for their bespoke investment reporting application that could be accessed via the company's Intranet. They approached Parity to deliver task-based skills development, applying real business processes directly to their users' desktops. Parity's Training division, in partnership with Virtual Village, identified the learning objectives, drafted the learning activity content and undertook a pilot for 20 London-based Gartmore staff.

A Parity project manager was assigned to oversee the success of the project and ensure the learning content was aligned to the learning objectives. The pilot work was completed within 10 days and its success has led to Gartmore engaging Parity's Training division to develop Change Management e-learning activities along the same lines.
