Strategy & Architecture Definition
We offer practical advice and assistance to help our clients formulate their strategies and establish their priorities that emanate from these.
Ours is not just a “helicopter view”, however: if it’s required, we’re able to convert high-level strategies in to programmes of work and then manage the projects that turn these in to reality.
One of the core principles attached to this service is that IT projects must be considered in the context of wider business change and as charting a direction for the future – they must never slide into becoming ends in themselves.
Should strategies and architectural definitions already exist, Parity will evaluate them via a short sharp review to either endorse them, or to provide impartial and practical advice on their possible improvement should that be appropriate.
If there are recommendations to be made that might enhance the existing plans, such as to do with management information and data requirements, then we’ll make them.
