PremièrePLUS+ was developed in response to a key recommendation of the Fit for Market Strategy being implemented by DARD and Invest NI under the guidance of the Food Strategy Implementation Partnership.
The PremièrePLUS+ programme gives you the opportunity to:
- Recruit a trained and talented graduate into your company who has a fresh perspective, initiative, drive and enthusiasm.
- Drive forward an area of your business in sales/marketing, finance, promotion, quality, human resources, technology or ICT through the graduate’s completion of a 17 week Business Improvement Project. The outputs of previous PremièrePLUS+ projects have averaged at £15,000.
- Receive support from an experienced Parity consultant.
Over the years Parity’s consultancy team have developed close working relationships within the Agri-Food sector - we know the key issues and challenges you face and understand your business needs. This allows us to match the most suitable graduate to your Project.
Mike Mullan, Group HR Director for Dale Farm highly recommends the programme:
"We are looking for talented people to keep us at the forefront of our industry. Dale Farm’s close working relationship with Parity has allowed us to recruit a number of graduates into the company through their PremièrePLUS+ programme. Parity’s support, help and understanding of our business means that the right candidates were matched with our specific needs. A number of these placements have resulted in full time positions with the graduates making a valuable contribution to our business."
