PLUS+ for Graduates
PLUS+ is a unique Graduate Development Programme designed to help aspiring managers achieve the career they desire in the Northern Ireland food sector. The Food and Drinks industry is the largest manufacturing sector in Northern Ireland with an annual turnover of £2.3bn. This sector offers graduates the potential for a challenging career in a dynamic working environment.

Benefits
The PLUS+ programme provides you with:
- Management Training, Development and a Qualification from The Chartered Management Institute.
- Food Technology Training delivered at the Loughry campus of CAFRE. This includes modules in Food Manufacture and Quality Assurance Management.
- A 17 week Business Improvement Project within a NI Agri-Food company, where you will have the opportunity to gain vital industry experience in a particular area of business (Quality, Operations, New Product Development etc)
- A dedicated Parity consultant to act as a mentor throughout the programme.
- Hands on experience in a fast paced environment and a stepping stone towards a career in the sector.

If you are truly passionate about the NI Food and Drinks Industry, and have the ability to work on your own initiative and take the lead under pressure, then Plus+ could be just the opportunity you have been waiting for.
Eligibility
The programme is open to those who have graduated within the preceding three years of the date of application or who will be graduating this year with a degree/HND qualification.
The Programme is open to graduates from all degree backgrounds but excludes graduates with HND/Degrees in Food Science or Technology or other food related HND/Degrees.
Only EU Nationals may apply.
