System & Software Testing

Amongst both users and developers there is a growing realisation that the quality of operational systems is very important. Many systems are business-critical. At the same time, developers now understand that they cannot test quality into the software at the end of the development process. Testing is an on-going activity throughout the whole of the development project that needs its own specialist staff. Everybody, however, has responsibility for the quality of the system. Consequently, it is necessary to show analysts, developers and users how they can contribute to quality by working closely with the testers. This is a far cry from the way that some developers have worked and requires appropriate training.

Parity’s offering includes training leading to recognised ISEB and ISTQB qualifications; visit our Software Testing qualification page for more details. We can also offer Mercury Testing tools training.
