Project Support
Programme and project support roles are becoming increasingly pivotal in their overall contribution to Programme and Project Management. The skills and knowledge required by Project Support Staff varies, depending on the expectations associated with the role within individual organisations. The ISEB have put forward a syllabus which focuses on providing support staff with the necessary skills to fulfil their role. The Certificate in Programme and Project Support Office has been developed from the support team's perspective and contributes towards the status and professionalism of PPSO staff.
