ITIL® v2 Courses

ITIL® (IT Infrastructure Library®) is the most widely accepted approach to IT Service Management in the world. The version of the Library covered in this section is that published in 2000, commonly referred to as ITIL® version 2. (Courses based on the version released in May 2007 can be found in our ITIL® v3 section).

All organisations or individuals who need training in ITIL® best practices must start at the Foundation level. For those that actually work in one or more areas identified by ITIL®, there is Practitioner training, to consolidate their knowledge and skills for day to day application in the workplace. For more senior staff, who manage IT Service provision in their workplace, there is the Managers training, to gain a full understanding of the issues and benefits of implementing and managing IT Service Management best practices within their business.

Parity is an ITIL® Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) and will continue to offer ITIL® v2 qualifications until they are withdrawn by the accreditation authorities. Details on v2 and v3 qualifications and upgrade options are available on our ITIL® qualifications page.
