ITIL® v3
ITIL® (IT Infrastructure Library®) is the most widely accepted approach to IT Service Management in the world. The version of the Library covered in this section is that published in May 2007, commonly referred to as ITIL® version 3. (Courses based on the version released in 2000 can be found in our ITIL® v2 section).
A new ITIL® Diploma in Service Management can be achieved by various modular routes. Details on all v3 qualifications and upgrade options from v2 are available on our ITIL® qualifications page.
Parity is an ITIL® Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) and will offer ITIL® v3 qualifications as they become available through 2008.
