Project Management Capability Test
This test allows managers to obtain objective data about a project managers level of knowledge to plan their training and development and to assist in the recruitment of Project Managers for specific projects. The test enables an organisation to identify the level of competence potential candidates have already achieved and to look at the level of investment in future training needed to exploit the potential of the individual to their fullest.
The latest version of this test is based upon the APM Body of Knowledge Version 5.
