ISEB IT Service Management Qualifications

ISEB provide a range of qualifications in Service Management. The IT Infrastructure Library® (ITIL®) is the most widely accepted approach to IT Service Management in the world.

OGC and its partners in ITIL® have worked together to improve the content of the publications and qualifications. The core books that make up this new version (commonly referred to as v3) was released earlier this year. The OGC have published reassurance that any ITIL® v2 accreditations will remain valid. There are additional qualification elements and a suitable process for upgrading any v2 qualifications.

Parity is an ITIL® Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) and will offer ITIL® v3 qualifications as they become available throughout 2007.
