Contract

Contract, consulting, contingency, interim – regardless of what your business calls it, this solution offers you several straightforward ways to bring in temporary talent; effective in cases of headcount freezes or to provide short-term, flexible resource capability.

Managed services

Parity takes complete ownership of your contract recruitment, from sourcing the right candidate to getting them on site. This includes onboarding and managing the ongoing assignment needs, allowing you to focus on your day-to-day responsibilities.

Virtual bench

Tap into a pool of ready-to-go, vetted experts, each of whom our consultants have personally selected for their ‘bench’. This is contract talent in a hurry – CVs can be sent within a couple of hours.

A note on IR35

We work with clients in the public and private sectors, who offer a good mix of both inside and outside IR35 opportunities.

Embedded recruitment

We white-label ourselves as the client, embedded in the organisation to undertake specific recruitment activities. Flexible, bespoke packages are created to cover a range of elements, providing the client with exactly the service and support they need. This could be managing your total recruitment solution or helping you implement the processes necessary for doing it yourself.

Managed service provider (MSP)

Parity acts as the incumbent provider for contract recruitment, managing the entire process – supply chain, delivery teams, timesheets, invoicing, etc. – and the client has minimal involvement in recruiting contractors, besides the final interview stage.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

As per the MSP approach (above) but for permanent hires. We manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing talent right through to seeing them on site.

Talent intelligence

Unlike other consultancies, we can provide data market insights necessary for identifying, attracting and engaging with the people you want. We can report on location, seniority, experience and salaries, helping you to understand and meet talent expectations, and ultimately secure high-calibre candidates.
